A Scents of Class is a virtual company based in Abraham Lincoln’s hometown of Springfield, Illinois. The company started in 2007 after Corey Wickersham bought a bottle of Jean Paul Gaultier. “After that, I was hooked,” he said. Fragrances soon became Corey’s passion so he started a company to combine business with pleasure. Standard Ground U.S. Shipping
All U.S. orders will be sent via UPS, FedEx or the most economical service available.
Expect your package within 7-10 business days depending upon your geographic location.
Shipping charges will vary depending upon the quantity and weight of your order.
International Orders
Shipping costs range depending on your location. Orders typically arrive within 5-15 business days.
*Please note, Customs policies vary from country to country. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are enforced once a shipment reaches your country. Charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Return Policy
In order to return merchandise, an RMA number must be obtained from our customer service department.
Unopened merchandise (except Skincare Haircare or Makeup Items items) may be returned in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 30 days of receipt. A refund will be issued less any shipping/gift wrapping charges.
Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee if:
Merchandise is returned without an RMA number
Merchandise is returned after 30 days
Merchandise is not returned in its original, manufacturers condition
Shipping costs incurred to return the product to us will not be refunded.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Skincare Haircare or Makeup items due to health reasons.

All returns must be shipped back to A Scents of Class using a trackable courier. (UPS, FedEx, USPS Delivery Confirmation)
Any package that has not been received by ascentsofclass.com and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.
**Please allow up to 14 business days to process your return or exchange.
Damaged Merchandise:
Please contact our customer service department for an RMA. Upon receipt of the damaged merchandise a refund will be issued and an email confirmation with the total amount credited will be sent.
Note for Dropship customers:
If your customer is requesting a replacement/reship of the merchandise, it
is your sole responsibility to process a new order.
Undeliverable Packages:
If your package is returned to ascentsofclass.com marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable", a refund will be issued for the merchandise only. Shipping charges are non refundable.
Cancel Your Order
